When Do We Vote Boston Off The Island?
According to MyFox Boston (via Vince, via BoingBoing), the unthinkable has happened:
A suspicious package that was found chained to a post in Boston’s Financial District has been detonated by the police.
The package in question? A traffic monitoring device.
What the hell is going on up there, Boston?!? Was it not embarrassing enough when you stood up on the dining room chair at Christmas dinner and urinated on the turkey, and Uncle Carl made you feel better by saying he could see how you might have thought the turkey was on fire, giving you a couple bucks to buy yourself some Blow-Pops?
When I first saw this I thought, surely this is a joke. And there’s still hope. But not much. Has Boston got their own icon on Fark yet?
