Great Moments In Mobile Phone History
Today my cell phone inexplicably got flipped into “Loud” mode as opposed to the normal “Vibrate” mode. Alice, who has the office across the hall from mine, got quite a serenade when Jessica called me and my phone began blaring Marvin Gaye (”Let’s Get It On” — what else?) from my pocket. She and Michelle got quite a laugh out of it, enough that I was having trouble concentrating on what Jessica was telling me. Now everybody else who reads this space can have a laugh too.
At least it wasn’t “Slide It In” by Whitesnake.

Nobody would be laughing if, ” Slide it in,” was playing — They’d be getting it on!!!
