Signing Out is Hard to Do
For some reason (force of habit, I suppose), Jessica uses Hotmail for her personal e-mail needs. (I think we are in agreement that we’ll get her a Gmail account once her name changes — woo-hoo!) Anyway, when she signed out of her account today, I noticed the following error message:

Can anybody explain why she cannot be signed out of Hotmail? Is this a fluke, or a normal problem on Hotmail? I also like the “Need help signing out?” link. I never would have thought signing out would require assistance, but apparently we do!
