Grant Tetons from Snake River Overlook What an extraordinary week I’ve had. More details on that later this week.

At left are the Grand Tetons as seen from the Snake River overlook, which we visited on Friday morning. Ansel Adams took a remarkable photograph from this spot some 63 years ago. Though the clouds are somewhat in the way, we were fortunate to get such a stunning view of them, as an hour before they had been completely masked in a thick veil of clouds; not fifteen minutes later they were covered again. Truly one of the most beautiful places I have visited; my thanks to Joe’s family for making it possible.
