* Log

It seems a company by the name of reger has a web log service that allows you to make “activity specific web log” entries. For example, they have a special template for a Movie Log entry. It has fields for your thoughts on the movie, the director, duration, length, etc. Well, I guess if I wanted to keep meta data on every movie I watched that might be pretty useful. reger even allows me to view graphs of the data I’ve entered.

What really strikes me as useful, however, is the Sex Log. Let’s walk through the fields, shall we?

Title: Hmm. How about, “Sex celebrating W’s victory.” Description: “Attempted to form a W. Tricky and potentially painful, but hey it was new.” Partner Name: Thank goodness there’s this field. In today’s busy world there’s so much to remember , and this is just one less thing! Partner Gender: No assumptions on the part of reger here; you can define your own field values here. Male, Female, Vegetable… Ratings: Orgasm, intimacy, passion. 1-10, please, 10 being “Far exceeded expectations.” Number of Orgasms: It will be nice to have a graph of this. …

Then there’s the Location field. It has a link, “Turn On GPS.” Just imagine you’re quietly shutting the door after last Tuesday’s encounter. You walk to the nearest cyber cafe to make a sex log entry. Title, ratings, the whole bit. Location, though… where was I? You pull your GPS out of your ditty bag and see that you were at X h, Y m, Z s for 94 minutes. Perfect! Another complete sex log entry.

Be sure to check out the sample graphs. I have been thinking about making a Sexcel spreadsheet for a while, but, golly, reger has done it for me! (via photomatt)

    I would submit that this entry has not been completely and accurately categorized: “Nerd Alert” would overwhelmingly seem to apply. Ahem.

    Note: my graphical-security-code-thingy to post this comment was “Owf5″!!
    For some reason that’s really funny to me.
