PhotoGeek Update

While browsing about, I found a cool little photo device: the Lensebaby. It’s basically a lens mounted on the end of a bendy straw (roughly speaking): bending the lens about lets you focus on only a portion of the frame, yielding some pretty interesting images.

[gallery=”1161640bw” title=”Not Oasis” class=”left”] In other news, I have added the first black & white image to the gallery. It was created from a RAW file, processed (desaturated, exposure adjusted, etc.) using the importer. Depending on how your monitor’s settings compare to mine it’ll look mediocre or perhaps even good. Taken on this weekend’s sailing trip, at Lake Lanier.
