There are two boxes of cookies on the kitchen counter here at work. One is of “Christmas Cookies” - there are red-sprinkled Santa cookies and green-sprinkled Christmas tree cookies stacked up inside it. Then there is the “Star of David Cookies” box, with blue-sprinkled cookies. Judging by the stack sizes, the Christmas cookies have been more popular as of 11:46am. While pausing to refill my water, I wondered, “I celebrate Christmas. Is it okay to have a Star of David cookie?”

I have not yet decided. Of all of the days to leave my camera at home…

3:14pm Update: I have just eaten a Santa cookie. Christmas: 6, Star of David: 1.
